Our professional building consultant will meet with you on site to help create the best design to suit your needs, maximising the use of every square inch of area and turning your design into the best modern look.
Based on the design decision we will provide you with a free sketch to review.
Detailed and competitive quote with a description of each item will be provided including package prices for all PC items including bathroom, kitchen and accessories direct from the importer.
Complete set of architectural drawings will be prepared for you in consultancy with our architect.
We lodge all drawings and reports required to the council on your behalf (fees included in quote). We attend council meetings if required for DA and CC on your behalf. We arrange a private certifier for your project (fees included in quote).
Our construction managers will communicate with you for every step throughout the construction work. With Jacobson Constructions you have only one contact throughout the construction period up until hand over.
